CJM Home Care Solutions is a licensed Adult Foster Care home dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care for adults who need support in a safe and residential environment.

We proudly serve adults ages 18 and older, including individuals who are aging, living with traumatic brain injuries, experiencing physical limitations, or needing assistance with daily routines and community living.
